Our student support

Glyndŵr University offers a wide range of student support services to help you succeed during your time here. These range from welfare services, including healthcare provision and disability support, to practical services such as photocopying and e-learning.

The focal point for many of these services is our Student Information Desk (SID). This is based in the Edward Llwyd Centre, which is also home to many of the support service teams.

SID acts as a first point of call for any enquiries you may have. The team will deal your with questions on anything and everything, from finance issues to where things are around the campus to accommodation problems and transport queries. They can also put you in touch with individual departments should you need to speak to someone in more detail about a particular service.
