Michael is Audit Senior Manager at Ernst and Young in Liverpool, with over 20 years’ experience in accounting and professional services. Having started his career with Wilson de Zouche and Mackenzie, then moving onto Grand Thornton as an Audit Senior, in 2001 he moved to Gibraltar where he spent 15 years, initially as an Audit Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers for seven years, then as a Director for KMPG, re-establishing KMPG’s presence in the country and developing the business. He then spent a year as Chief Financial Officer of a rapidly growing start-up technology business, operating within a complex group structure prior to moving back to the UK in 2016 when he joined Ernst and Young.
