Mae Wulf yn Athro mewn Astudiaethau Alcohol. Mae’n weithiwr cymdeithasol cofrestredig. Mae ei ymchwil a’i waith ysgrifenedig yn ymwneud yn bennaf â gwerthuso polisi a phrofiadau o wasanaethau a ddarperir, a hynny mewn perthynas ag alcohol, cyffuriau eraill ac iechyd meddwl. Mae ei waith yn canolbwyntio ar werthuso, a methodolegau ansoddol a chyfranogol. Mae gweithgarwch addysgu Wulf yn canolbwyntio’n bennaf ar astudiaethau myfyrwyr PhD ac MA/MSc, a myfyrwyr sydd wedi cymhwyso. Ar hyn o bryd, mae’n gyd-olygydd y cyfnodolyn Practice: Social Work in Action; ac yn gadeirydd Canolfan Alcohol a Chyffuriau eraill Cymru a Grŵp Diddordeb Arbennig Alcohol a Chyffuriau eraill Cymdeithas Gweithwyr Cymdeithasol Prydain. Mae ei ymarfer ar hyn o bryd yn cynnwys cynorthwyo North Wales Recovery Community.
