Fern joined the Psychology Team in 2017 with previous roles including, Careers and Employability and Inclusion service support in Higher Education, various hospitality settings and running her own Dog Walking service. Fern has also volunteered to support students in crisis and for victims’ support.
Fern is currently undertaking her MPhil at WGU, using qualitative measures to explore informal science learning and family engagement. In her spare time, Fern is a musician, regularly singing with her acoustic guitar around local venues. Fern is passionate about recognising individual potential and challenging stigma.
