Kelly Smith

Kelly Smith is the Programme Leader for the Master’s in Education programmes. She has worked with the early years and primary sector for 18 years and taught in a variety of further education institutions before joining Wrexham University as lecturer in education in 2015. Throughout her career Kelly has focused on teaching and learning, teaching across a range of programmes from Early Years Practice to Post-compulsory Education and Training and across all levels of study. Kelly is currently engaged with educational policy and currently a member of the National MA Education (Wales) Executive group. She is engaged in doctoral study and has a research interest in professional learning, teacher motivation and teacher engagement.
