Louise Duff

Biography
Louise started her career in 1987 working as a Land Surveyor and she has since enjoyed a career designing and supervising Contaminated Land Reclamation schemes, Town Centre Environmental Improvements schemes, Traffic Safety schemes and finally, as Senior Engineer and Health and Safety Coordinator, designing improvements to major highway schemes (A55, A470, A494), working on behalf of the North East Wales Trunk Road Agency.
Louise has been teaching FE and HE Civil Engineering/Construction courses since 2005.
Louise currently contributes to delivery on the Construction Management and Architectural Design Technology degree programmes at the University.
A corporate member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and a CITB Construction Ambassador, Louise is actively involved in promoting the construction industry to local schools and colleges.
