Prior to joining Wrexham University, I worked for 14 years in the Work-based Learning (FE) sector as a Childcare Assessor and Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) with a focus on Children’s Care, Learning and Development, Playwork and Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
I completed a Certificate in Education which then led on to the BA (Hons) in Post-compulsory Education and Training and a MA Education (Counselling Skills for Education). I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and I am currently studying towards a Doctorate in Education.
