Online Enrolment Essentials

We will send you an email inviting you to enrol online; you must complete this as soon as possible. If you have any problems completing the process, please contact Student Records Systems at studentadministration@glyndwr.ac.uk.

You must enrol on your course to be formally registered as a Wrexham Glyndŵr University student.

You will be invited by email to complete online pre-enrolment. The first time you enrol you must also provide a copy of your passport or drivers licence via email, to confirm your identity if your programme of study is in Wrexham or Northop (other sites have their own arrangements).

When and where?

You will receive an invitation for online enrolment via email. If you have any questions regarding enrolment, you can contact Student Records Systems: studentadministration@glyndwr.ac.uk.

Student Cards

Once you have enrolled online, you will be able to collect your student card from the Edward Llwyd Centre (Library building). You will only be able to collect your student card once you have enrolled online. You will need to bring your photo ID to collect your student card. You will have a dedicated slot during Welcome Week to collect your student card, which will be on your timetable.
